Yeah, I feel the same way. I'd rather enjoy my time away from my computer sometimes. The reason why I am interested in Modo is because of its abilities and the cost. Max is an expensive application that I couldn't afford to purchase. Modo is something I'd want to consider to use as a hobby at home. The company I work for is not interested in using Max as the render application anymore since they want to invest more into Revit for mostly half of all employees in this company. That really sucks. Anyway, hopefully someday I'd have enough bucks to purchase Modo.
I'll spend a bit more time searching first i think as I always seem to be asking Jeff for help! I noticed on Jeffs guestbook that you are interested in Modo. Me too. I'm trying to learn it in my spare time but after a long week at work in front of max I'm enjoying weekends away from a computer far too much for now. I've been very impressed with what I have discovered so far though.
After you asked where I found the classroom model, I went on a long search online to find it. I did this one about a year ago, and now I've forgotten where I found it. Sorry, man. Jeff Patton was the one who did it in the first place and posted it online. After I saw it, I went on and did mine. You could ask Jeff Patton if he knew where the link is for it. Here's the link to his page: http://jeffpatton.cgsociety.org/blog/
I was just wondering where you found the classroom model? I've seen it in a few renders and would be interested in using it for some of my own testing.
